In the fourth of six bimonthly learning sessions for 2020, Honoring Choices Virginia will host a diverse panel of speakers to address some of the non-medical topics that often come up in ACP conversations: financial decisions, long term care facilities, funeral planning, estate, planning, bereavement, and more. How do we support individuals and point them to the right resources and still stay focused on having a great ACP conversation? Come and find out!

- Gain familiarity with community referral resources for patients, including those offered by HCV
- Learn the basics of other end-of-life planning issues, e.g. the difference between palliative and hospice care, what does funeral pre-planning actual involve and cost, and when grief and bereavement actually begin
