Want to learn more about how your organization, especially CSBs, can engage in advance care planning and advance directive services to support your staff and clients? Come to this session to hear more about the free services offered to you through HCV’s partnership with DBHDS to promote ACP and AD training completion for your staff to assist individuals receiving services.

Topics include:

• Who should be involved in ACP programing in your organization?
• How do you design a supportive system for ACP?
• What are the differences between the training opportunities and who should attend which?
• What is your organization committing to when you participate in ACP services?
